Can a moderator or admin contact me?

Hello, I was recently banned on my other account and would like to discuss it with the mods or admins. I have both PM'd and emailed no_doubt jr., but idk if the PM went through, if he doesn't check his email or if something went wrong but I am having difficulty contacting someone who is actively online and can help. I have to do this at work since my IP has been banned at home so I don't have the time to look through a whole lot of posters to find an active mod.

If a mod or admin can please email me at citizensnipsmah@gmail.com or minnheo@gmail.com that'd be awesome. I know I made a mistake which led to my banning but I'd like to be able to talk to someone about it. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, idk where else to do so.
