Hi and welcome :D
Cyclops is in the Offical characters mod : http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=1688.0 (http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=1688.0). It contains the other dlc characters (venom,nightcrawler,doom etc) , psp exclusives (captain marvel,black-widow0 and next-gen exclusives (moon-knight,colossus). If you need any further help just ask .

Dude, there IS no PSP version yet.
