The Hulk skin have a problem in the neck for what I see. You could leave like that of try a different animation file. I use Darkmark (he is a modder) version of Hulk so his menu animation is different. I believe it's the original Hulk animation, the one that came with the DLC characters.

Not the original Wii models, but you're using custom PC models and those seem to work, so just use those reskins. If you need a specific skin a PC version can always be made.

And following this logic: custom meshes are compatible, then regular PC/PS2 already skinned meshes should work.

You should look in the forum for skins since here we got plenty. If you don't find what you want post a request in the request section.
Right now I'm out of modding. I have lost all my data and still trying to recover from that.

The best way to host mods for consoles is to include the modded files and instructions on how to add those files to an .iso.
