Characters resistant/immune to telepathy?

Ok, I believe the final veredict has been decided, as the list has probably received its last update...

is now resistant, and doesn't receive any bonus because from what I've gathered she can only hide her mind from telepaths, but not block mental attacks...

Please let me know what you guys think of the list!
