The nameless GRSO Soldier (under the name Combat Soldier) goes through another major update. Armed with extra equipment and gear, he's now more ready than before to assist his mutant allies and take on Apocalypse's forces. He comes with a full set of powers: 7 offensive powers, 2 secondary (1 buff, and 1 team buff), and 2 Xtremes. Satisfied on how he's turned out, all that's left to add in for him are custom voices used for GRSO Soldiers from XML 1, and their sound effects. Besides what's left, I feel this character has finally come to a completion. The only update left for him in the future are custom sounds and voices when it becomes possible for consoles.

10/22/2020 - Major Update
- New Abilities and passives have been added, replacing old ones (see move list below for more information)
- Laser Beam, Frag Grenade, and his two Boost abilities now have updated effects.
- Now has talent icons, an updated character selection portrait, and conversation icon for each skin.
- GRSO Infiltrator (Dark Suit), GRSO Commander (Dull-Orange Suit), and GRSO Captain (Red Suit) have their PS2 skins reverted back to GCN quality to lower the package size on them and not cause any game crash upon using those skins.
- An XTREME voice clip is now played as a placeholder sound when performing both his Xtreme abilities.

- Texture effects have been removed from his packaging file

Costumes:Spoiler Notes:
- Costumes 01-06, he carries his weapon and holding his gun forward. Costumes 07-09 he'll have the Fightstyle_Hero's idle while still able to perform the same abilities.
- Costumes 01-06 uses a gun whack for his attack_light3. For 07- 09, he performs the default attack_light3's uppercut.
- Costumes 07-09, does a different menu_action to indicate the differences from his fist fighting and gun variant. They also carry a weapon as a placeholder while in the Team Menu and switch to Powergloves when in combat zones. Whereas, the Collector skin (skin 09) is unarmed and uses weapons only when performing abilities.

Tactical Knife -
New Ability A close range melee weapon. Strikes twice in an X shape and deals Bleed Damage.

Full AutomaticFires Bullets continuously when holding down the ability. Can also rotate while firing.

Frag GrenadeThrows a grenade that explodes on a small area.

Shock TrapSets up a small trap that sends a wave of electricity when activated by enemies.

Temperature Gun -
New Ability Slows or burns enemies depending on the element. Puts out fires if using ice.
Press And Hold ability to Initiate FIREPress And Hold after ice initiates to continue initiating ICE- Level Requirement: 28.

- Slow and Burn debuff last the same amount of time.

New Ability Calls for air support. A hidden aircraft then fires missiles into the area, causing destruction.

Selection of Voices:Spoiler
His default voices in his herostat has him set as Human Collector's which works best for him. Due to resembling a generic enemy, you can pretty much set him up with any of the following voice sets below that also work well for his character. These selections will serve as place holder until he's given a proper voice set.

Misc:Spoiler
How to equip the Flamethrower Backback at all times:
The flamethrower backback only appears when initiating the Temperature Gun ability, and disappears after the move ends. However, there's a neat gimmick I made that allows you to equip it at all times for aesthetic purposes (because, you know, Flamethrowers are awesome. lol).
To equip it, simply perform the Temperature Gun ability. As he begins crouching, make sure you're NOT holding any buttons (like the R button), and quickly press the Jump button (In gamecube, it's the Y button). You'll hear the sound of equipping an item and he'll have it on permanently throughout the map.
To remove it, perform the same method as above, but instead, press the Use Button command (in Gamecube, it's the X button) You'll hear the dropping equipment sound, and the backpack will be removed.
The backback will also disappear if you:
1) Pause the game and enter the Team Management menu
2) Enter a different map
3) Enter Xtraction Points
Because it's not a bolton equipped on him through his Herostat, it won't remain on him when a map reloads. You'll have to re-equip it through using his ability.

- Inclusion of proper voice set and sound effects used by GRSO Soldiers when it becomes possible to modify sounds.
Notes:
- Feel free to make custom skins for this hero. I won't take any credit for your creativity but would enjoy playing as other member's custom skins for him!
- This hero is free to use as a base if you plan to make your own mod using his assets to start off from. Just make sure you don't keep too much of his default assets and make his play style is as different as possible. Also be sure to credit me if you plan on using him.
