XML II: Gamecube Restored X_Voice

Restored X_Voice (Gamecube):

In the gamecube version of XML II, sound files that were present for the PC exclusives, Pyro and Sabretooth did not have hashes set for them to be played in the game.  For who prefers the gamecube version of X-Men Legends II, I've uploaded the an X_Voice that restores these unused voice files for the two PC characters to match it with the default PC's x_voice.

What's restored:
* Menu call outs and breaks for both Pyro and Sabretooth
* PC Pyro and Sabretooth's power sounds.

Pyro and Sabretooth now have their names called when selected in the Team Menu, as well as saying a few words you're finished with team selection preparations. Sabretooth in my GCN patch however, cannot be selected through team menu but via spawn script through the base camp. But his name call is restored nonetheless. This will also be used as the default clean x_voice.zss to prepare for when the X2UP (X-Men Legends II: Ultimate Patch) is released. Included are also sounds for Pyro and Sabretooth's powers.
