Improved Movies v2.2 

Upscales to 60 fps and interpolates all cutscenes, including the main menu movie, briefings, and endings in *Ultimate Alliance 1*.

**v2.2 Notes** 
- Upscaled both the main menu cinematic and the original MUA trailer. 
- Added a custom option to use the MUA trailer as the main menu cinematic instead of the original main menu cinematic.
