how to install black spidey skin?

Hello, I've just downloaded Loopnaarhel's Black Spidey Skin and I have no idea how to install it.
could somebody tell me how to do this? Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

I believe you have to use the tex mod on the main board.

I'm sorry but could you be a little more specific? I have no idea how texmod works or how to use it. I would just like to use this mod.

Well ... if u click read more it tells u exactly were a tutorial is but its for tomb raider so u will just hav to change some of the tomb raider folders with spiderman 3 folders
