I think you can get it from nodoubt's Luke Cage mod for XML2. From there just follow BLaw's guide for PS2 skins.

Tip:

Resize the MUA texture to 256x256. Then paste it on the PS2 texture (in GIMP) Then follow the instructions in my Tutorial on changing RGB to Indexed and saving as a DDS.

UPDATED!!! MY FINAL LUKE CAGE SKIN PACK!! WITH HUDS!!!!

Aaand with that I'm done with the Cage for a whiel, unless something insprational strikes me. Wiht real life swamping me right now, I'll be slowing down.

Although,one day I would like to try some new Thor and Iron Man skins......
