Well I'll say Black Widow and she has great fight skills (also helped by the shield and captain america..
but Black Cat is basically a mix of Catwoman and Domino and she has luck powers Felicia's probabilities can also give her the win
I go for Black Widow..but.. not completely xD Good one ;D

Mmh i'll go with Mystique for this one (good one again ;D )
her shapeshifting gives her a subterfuge and blending advantage, Mystique has had all kinds of crazy power showings, Including being able to heal and enhance her strength can survive explosion and shape shift her organs so they don't get hurt  I've never been impressed with Domino's luck powers.

Psylocke for sure if she has all her psychic powers
but.. without I'll go with Elektra

Psylocke's surrogate body (Kwannon) is a trained Hand ninja assassin just like Elektra
but i do think Elektra has a lot more experience than Psylocke and can fight instinctively. Even if Betsie can learn faster by reading minds I don't think she could handle Elektra just like that And Elektra is not restained by the hero mentality so she shows no mercy
