According to the blog & i think it's from Mr. Niitsuma, the last thing i know is:

This getting weird. If Marvel voice set in English only when it's release, guess Capcom voice set in English should be my only option & it should be fair speaking as in SFIV & KOFMI.

Don't worry about it. I wish she was voiced Shizuka Ito who voiced Hinagiku Katsura from Hayate the Combat Butler, if Capcom having re-planned the voiceovers which includes Japanese voices for Marvel as well other than just Capcom has it, otherwise for X-23, she look liked Hinagiku and Fate/Stay Night series Rin Tohsaka to me. If i work for Capcom, i guess it's leave to me to find the seiyu voices from the other games and animes, which has some of the voice affections to the characters, i think i know who's seiyuus voice might affected and resembles to them. Well i found some of the seiyuu in Marvel Battle Heroes fantopic somewhere around the google cached, otherwise i can't remember and forgot to copy and paste the link when i'm in my BlackBerry now.

Takeru Shibaki who role as GaoBlue from Gaoranger and dubbing Spider-Man since Movie 2, i wish you were voicing him again if after Capcom re-plan the voiceover including japanese voice for Marvel characters and receive the call.
