I think that a separate thread to "collect" non-marvel skins is an excellent idea.  There are currently many skins I still need to add to the alternate (marvel) skins thread.  Non-marvel skins would have a different organization to them since there are no character numbers involved.  They could be grouped according to the source (DC, Fan Art, Capcom, etc.).
