Give power ANIMATION from one character to another?

Hey I was wondering if anyone made a tutorial on how to give animation from one character to another and if that's even possible? I would love to give Psylocke's "Telekinetic Explosion" (that radial power with the butterfly effect) to Jean Grey, but with Psylocke's animation of that power too, it's a perfect power for Jean! Thanks!

It's defiantly possible with a hex editor. As far as that try searching how to do it. Or check the knowledge base here --> http://marvelmods.com/forum/index.php/board,44.0.html
