This is my Ms. Marvel mod. Like the MUA1 version, I've tried to keep her more to how she and her powers used to be, before all the modern stuff with her being Captain Marvel. This mod contains the following:



Sounds:
*I've made a voicepack using the best of her MUA1, MUA2 PC, and MUA2 Wii lines and grunts, as well as a few of her MUA1 and MUA2 PC NPC conversation lines, all voiced by April Stewart.
-She uses her unused MUA1 and MUA2 Wii Bored lines.
-I've used various types of lines as various other types of lines and have used some of her types of lines that are unused in XML2, like her MUA1 Stats and MUA2 Wii Fusion lines, for other types of lines.
-She uses her unused MUA1 Banter lines with Blade, Deadpool, and Dr. Strange (for the XML2 Ultimate Patch, I've added support for Banter lines with Blade and Dr. Strange).
-Her landing grunt and one of her pain grunts are broken in the OCP so I used the grunts from her original unmodified PC sound file.
-I removed a grunt from 1 of her MUA2 Wii Too Heavy lines and used it as another pickup grunt.
-Since I changed the name of her Xtreme, and created a 2nd Xtreme, I've made new Xtreme callouts using lines I felt fit her new Xtremes.
*She uses her MUA1 flight takeoff and landing sounds.
*Photon Refraction uses its MUA1 power sound.
*Photon Discharge uses 1 of Photon Detonation's MUA1 power sounds and 1 of Ms. Marvel's MUA2 PC power sounds.
*Photonic Comet uses its MUA1 power sounds. I also used 1 of Ms. Marvel's MUA2 PC power sounds for a charge sound.
*Photon Luminescence uses 2 of its MUA1 power sounds.
*Photon Detonation uses 2 of Ms. Marvel's MUA2 PC power sounds.
*Time Dilation uses its MUA1 power sound, which unlike in MUA1, doesn't play twice at the same time.
*Stellar Empowerment uses 1 of Ms. Marvel's MUA2 PC power sounds.
*Binary Star uses its MUA1 power sound.
*Binary Form uses Binary Boost's MUA1 power sound.


Powers:
*She now uses an animation mixed skeleton:
-I've combined her 2 MUA1 Retail skeletons together, meaning I've combined her unique menu, idle, walk, and run animations from one of them with the other skeleton that contains all her other animations.
-She uses her run animation for jog as well since she hovers instead of walking.
-I've removed the MUA1 Melee animations that won't work in XML2 and hex-edited the ones I kept so that they'll work properly.
*She hovers instead of walking and running on the ground, like she does in MUA1. Because of this, she now starts with 1 point already in Flight.
*Her internal name in MUA1 is warbird. I've made her internal name MsMarvel so that she would be sorted correctly alphabetically in XML2's character select menu.
*She doesn't have the 10% Elemental damage resistance she has in MUA1 because I felt it didn't make sense for her to have it.
*She has Flight, Grab, Might, and uses the hero fightstyle.
*For all powers from MUA1 that I've used, as well as her unique Melee attacks, I've rebalanced them for XML2, recoded them to work in XML2, rewrote the power descriptions, rewrote the combo text (and added it in where it was missing), added in damage types where they were missing, and recoded the AI (and added it where it was missing).
*She has her MUA1 power Prism. I've made the following changes:
-I've renamed it to Photon Refraction.
-It's now listed as a Beam instead of a Projectile.
-It now splits 2 times instead of 3.
-It now drains batteries.
*She has her Nega Blast power. I've made the following changes:
-I've renamed it to Photon Discharge.
-It's now a tap the button power instead of a hold the button power.
-It now affects enemies on the ground and drains batteries.
-Instead of lowering enemies' Attack Speed, it now slows enemies.
*She has her MUA1 power Luminous. I've made the following changes:
-I've renamed it to Photon Luminescence.
-It's now a tap the button power instead of a hold the button power.
-It's now listed as a Blast instead of a Projectile.
-In MUA1, this power has the hidden benefit of stunning enemies. I've now made it clear to players that it does this and how long the stun lasts no longer levels up.
-It no longer does knockback, which it barely did anyway and which didn't work properly anyway.
-It now drains batteries.
*She has her MUA1 power Explosive Touch. I've made the following changes:
-I've renamed it to Photon Detonation.
*She has her MUA1 power Cosmic Awareness. I've made the following changes:
-I've renamed it to Time Dilation.
*Because her MUA1 power Photon Burst doesn't work in XML2, I've replaced it with a new power I've called Photonic Comet.
*She has her MUA1 Xtreme Warbird's Wrath. I've made the following changes:
-I've renamed it to Binary Star. Since Ms. Marvel's name in MUA1 was originally going to be Warbird before they changed it to Ms. Marvel, this feels out of place since she isn't called that now, and since I've added a Binary skin swap Xtreme, I felt the new name I picked fit better.
-It's now listed as a Radial.
-Removed it reducing enemies' HP by 50% if they're already stunned because it doesn't work in XML2.
-It now affects enemies on the ground.
-It now drains batteries.
*I replaced Binary Boost with a new boost I made called Stellar Empowerment.
*I've added a new Xtreme Boost called Binary Form.
*She has the following passives: Photon Mastery, Photon Energy Combat, Human-Kree Physiology, and Regeneration.
*Added Super Master, which is a renamed version of Mutant Master for non-Mutant characters.
*Made various typo fixes to the shared talents file (which contains Super Master, Grab, Block, and Might).



Visuals:
*Due to a lot of issues with Ms. Marvel's official PS2 skins, and due to me needing alternate Binary Form skins for each of her normal skins, I've only included the skins are ones I've been able to do fixed versions of, which I've also done Binary Form versions of.
*I made a character select portrait using part of her MUA1 loading screen.
*For her icons I used her MUA1 icons.
-I've rearranged what powers they're used for.
-Stellar Empowerment uses her unused icon.
-Human-Kree Physiology uses the version of the icon Captain Mar-Vell's that I used for the Kree Physiology passive I gave him and modified to remove the colored background from it.
-I've used BaconWizard17's higher quality Regeneration icon.
-I recolored BaconWizard17's higher quality version of Sunfire's Fire Mastery icon.
*Includes higher quality versions of the generic talent icons by BaconWizard17.
*By default, she doesn't have a flight effect in MUA1, so I've created one.
*Photon Energy Combat uses a recolored version of the effect that's used for some of her unique melee attacks in MUA1. I also modified it to remove the dust cloud because it didn't work quite right in XML2 and felt out of place anyway.
*Photon Refraction uses its MUA1 effects.
*Photon Discharge uses its MUA1 effect, which I modified to remove the parts that didn't work in XML2 and to get it working properly.
-It also uses a effect I made for when the enemies are slowed.
*Photonic Comet uses Photon Burst's MUA1 impact effect. I also used the part of its MUA1 power effect that's used for charging and modified it to remove the part that didn't work properly in XML2. The ball effect is a new one I made.
*Photon Luminescence uses its MUA1 effect, which I modified to remove the parts that didn't work in XML2 and to get it working properly.
-It also uses the same impact effect Photonic Comet does.
*Photon Detonation uses the blue hand trail part of its MUA1 effect and the rest of the effect I made because the way this type of power works is completely different in XML2 so only the blue hand trail parts of the MUA1 effects would work.
-The impact effect it uses when the power first hits the enemy is the same impact effect Photon Refraction uses.
*Time Dilation uses its MUA1 effect, which I modified to remove a few parts of the effect that didn't make sense as part of it.
-I also separated the aura part into a separate effect file so that it would work properly because the MUA1 effect had more parts in it than XML2 could handle.
*Stellar Empowerment uses Binary Boost's MUA1 effect.

*Binary Star uses its MUA1 effect, which I've edit to remove the dust clouds, which I felt was out of place.
*For Binary, she transforms into a Binary Form skin I made and also uses an effect I made.
*Binary uses her flight effects and a part of the charge effect I used for Photonic Comet that I didn't use for that power.



Bonuses:
*Concept Art:
-This is an AI Upscaled version of Ms. Marvel's MUA1 concept art from the in-game gallery. I've removed the SHIELD frame so that it will fit in with the character concept art in XML2's in-game gallery. I've put it on an AI Upscaled blank version of the background that the concept art in the XML2 gallery uses and added the same blue border around it that they use too.
*Bonus Loading Screens:
-An XML2 compatible version of the MUA1 Ms. Marvel Versus Arcade loading screen.
*Bonus Character Select Portraits:
-I made ones for her Classic and Classic Unmasked skins by using screenshots I took of the skins and a background using part of her MUA1 loading screen.
-An 80s Binary Form skin one I made using her MUA1 Concept Art, which I AI Upscaled.
-A MUA1 Classic skin one I made using her MUA1 Concept Art, which I AI Upscaled.
-A MUA1 Original skin one I made using her MUA1 Concept Art, which I AI Upscaled.
-A MUA1 Sharon Ventura Original skin one I made using her MUA1 Concept Art, which I AI Upscaled.
*Bonus Conversation Huds:
-I made one for her Classic skin by using a screenshots I took of the skin and a background using part of her MUA1 loading screen.
-A remade version of her MUA1 Classic that I fixed some issues with.
-Custom MUA1-style huds for her Classic and Classic Unmasked skins.
-Huds I made using AI Upscaled versions of Ms. Marvel's MUA1 concept art.
-Huds I made using part of Ms. Marvel's MUA1 loading screen.
*Menu Breaks: I've replaced a couple of her Menu Breaks with her 2 MUA2 Wii Menu Breaks.
*Alternate Binary Form Skins:
-Alternate Binary Forms skins for the following skins: Classic Unmasked
*Non-Cel Shaded Assets:
-Non-Cel Shaded versions of her skins I made.
