Download the file again and use 7-Zip to extract (better than Win-RAR)

Two questions:

1 How do I install them, do i need some other program -"text mod?"
or can i just add them to particular  game folder?
if so which one.

2 do these replace the default ones that scome with the game? or does it add them?
