Four new models and skins (or is it five?), powersets, icons, huds etc etc. No loading screens or mannequins, coz that's how I roll...
Lots of wind based powers, you'll probably be sick and tired of seeing whirlwinds after playing with him for a bit.

I've got to gather together all the bits, but should have a Green Arrow Mod for uploading by tomorrow night, I hope. It's only Hawkeye's powers put on to the new models and everything renumbered, so you could have both.

This one is perhaps a bit redundant, as the Ultimate costume is practically the movie one anyway, but I'll get around to uploading this when I also convert my Black Widow movie skin.

It IS Speedy.
Eventually Roy (Speedy) Harper grew up, and got invited to join the JLA. Taking the "family business, family name" approach, he became Red Arrow. He then got a costume closely modeled on Ollie's but in red.
So you are right.
Plus Speedy's original costume was just a Green Arrow costume, but in red, so apart from his time as Arsenal, he always looked like a red version of GA.

Thanks for the Green Arrow mod.  I'm glad you included the older skins too -- I liked the original "Modern" skin.
