CAPCOM is japanese, no? So, it would figure, if it would be for everyone, not just them. (BTW, I wrote CAPCOM with capital letters, because they write it like that)

Yeah there Japanese alright, but im not sure it doesnt state if its Japan or everywhere, but I would make sense if it was here because isnt Japan's dlc date different?
