How exactly can you take pics of MUA without a screen full of white shine and stuff?

Or open it up in a program that is compatible with transparency (I use Paint.NET), make a extra layer and colour it completely white, put the layer below the main screen shot, then create loads of duplicates of the screen shot and save it as a png.

It's what I do.

Alternatively you can use Fraps and take screen shots with that.
