Enigma's The Flash Mod

The Flash Mod v1.3

This is my mod of The Flash. It was originally a booster for hemlot's mod, but since I've altered every file hemlot made except the skeleton, effects, and 1 new texture,  I felt this warranted a separate release. This mod contains the following differences from helmot's mod:

*A greatly expanded version of hemlot's Wally West voicepack, with more than triple the lines and grunts. Originally, it featured some voices of Michael Rosenbaum as The Flash from Infinite Crisis. I have significantly expanded this, with hemlot's permission, with many more lines and grunts from Infinite Crisis, as well as adding many voice lines and grunts of the same actor as The Flash from Lego DC Super Villains.
-I added a callout for his 2nd Xtreme, Speed Force


Sound Changes:
*A new voicepack with more than triple the lines and grunts than hemlot's. Originally, it featured some voices of Michael Rosenbaum as The Flash from Infinite Crisis. I have made a new voicepack with many more and different lines and grunts from Infinite Crisis, as well as adding many more voice lines and grunts of the same actor as The Flash from Lego DC Super Villains.
-I added new callouts for the new name I gave his 1st Xtreme, In a Flash.
-I also added a callout for his 2nd Xtreme, Speed Force.


Power Changes:
*I changed the name of his Flashpoint Xtreme power to In A Flash, because there was a suitable callout for it.
*Rewrote all power descriptions to fixed various spelling, grammar, and capitalization errors as well as to make them sound better.
*I fixed all errors in talent file.
*Rebalanced all powers.
*Unscaled Speed Punch, Lightning Charge, Pinball Attack, and In a Flash and rebalanced them.
*Renamed Enhanced Combat to Fastest Man Alive.
*Renamed Protective Aura to Speed Stream.
*Renamed Lightning Charge to XXX, since it doesn't do Electricity damage.
*Changed all instances of "Flash" to "The Flash."
*Changed Speed Stream's description and levelup info to make it clear which resistances it increases.
*Pinball Attack now does Physical damage.
*Pinball Attack's description now says it stuns enemies.
*Fixed issue with Pinball Attack's levelup info.
*Speed Punch increased his Attack Rating but didn't tell the player. I've removed this.
*Previously, Speed Force said it allowed him to dodge all attacks but actually only allowed him to dodge punches, kicks, and projectiles. Now it actually does allowed him to dodge all attacks.
*Supersonic Evade and Enhanced Combat now each have 15 levels to match default characters' passives.
*Supersonic Evade now adds a chance to dodge all forms of attack.
*Renamed Sonic Blast to Electrical Burst.
*Changed the way Electrical Burst's stun works and made it no longer level up.
*Electrical Burst now is a homing projectile.
*Electrical Burst's description now says it drains batteries.
*Speed Force's description and level up info now says it increases his Speed and by how much.
*Speed Force previously said it increased his Speed but actually increased his Movement Speed. Now it does both and they both level up.
*I redid all AI coding to balance it and so that the AI now treats each power as the correct type of power.
*Rewrote all combo text and added it in where it was missing.
*Added block and grab.
*The number of targets In a Flash hits levels up.
*Fastest Man Alive now levels up his Movement Speed.
*Fixed issues with Electrical Burst's projectile not working.


Visual Changes:
*Before, all skins had the same hud except the Jay Garrick one. Now, all skins have unique huds.
-I made huds using the images BaconWizard17 made for the character select portraits for each of his skins.
-I renamed it from 25204 to 25202.
*I've replaced the Jay Garrick loading screen with a higher quality AI Upscaled version of the art used for it by Alex Ross, which I placed centered on a black background to match the image's background.
*I've replaced the other loading screen with an AI Upscaled version of the original art from Albert Co's portfolio that was used for the box art of the game Justice League Heroes The Flash. Unlike that box art, this has a full color background.
-I've also replaced the character select portrait with a new one based upon this same art.
*The Cel Shaded versions of the skins are now the default versions.
*I've rearranged which skins are in which slots. I moved them into the ones I felt they fit better in.

Misc Changes:
*Completely redid the packages to streamline a lot of stuff and so that each skin could have a different hud.
*I removed a couple of unneeded files.

-JLH 2: Uses a piece of Justice League Heroes promo art from Albert Co's portfolio which I AI Upscaled.
